The pride of the Philippines himself, Manny Pacquiao aka The Pacman aka, my favorite, The Mexicutioner. Sorry Morales, Barrera, Diaz, Marquez...and, hopefully, de la Hoya. Bring your $25 and you're patience and you're in for a treat. You're served pancit (filipino noodles), eggrolls, and calamari. Even though the Pacman came an hour and a half later than scheduled, it was worth the wait, especially if you took pictures with Freddy Roach.
The main event cost $500 a t
icket to eat with Manny and his entourage while listening to music from a live band. Lobster and steak served by Sheraton's Executive chef, Rene Delos Santos, an 18 year veteran. And guess what? he's also Filipino. Lito Camo, Wowowee! composer, attended the event to deliver a few songs for entertainment. Enough talk...it's google time for you!
