Pacman vs Hatton

Thanks for the easy $20 Hacker LMAO. I can't believe you were going for Hatton. That's like saying Mayweather Jr. would win against Pacman (woops did i say that?) =) Any who, this fight was 10 rounds shorter than expected. I guess Hatton didn't research or train hard enough. You need a better coach. [That's why Jr. left your ass Sr. (woops again?)]
Pacquiao is THE BEST P4P boxer in the game, hands muthuf*ckin DOWN! Come back Mayweather, maybe you'll last longer than 2 rounds. I will admit though, that it should be Pacman's hardest and most electrifying fight in his career. Then again, everyone says that to all of Pacquiao's matches. Never the least, Mayweather is still UNDEFEATED. Pacman will have a run for his money.

Bamboozle 09

It's that time of the year again. BAMBOOZLE, the only festival where you can find your perfect scene, other than Warped Tour, of course. You will never find this many scene/emo kids anywhere.... not even the search bar on google. The only time where people would pay $4 for a shot of water, $8 for 3 gulps of beer and $6 bucks for a cheeseburger (hold the burger).
I was enraptured for this Saturday because the set times were close to perfect. The bands I wanted to see were all there (excluding a couple like Family Force 5 and Taking Back Sunday to name a few). Other than that, I was able to see Cartel for the first time ever since I started listening to them. There were a couple new bands that did their job pretty well. Mercy Mercedes and The Morning Light were real good. Danger Radio covered a couple songs by other artist. Boys Like Girls did their thing and had about 3 remixes on Dance Hall Drug.
The day couldn't have been any better. I just hated the fact that Imagination and Wonka Stage were RIGHT next to each other. The crowd at the end of the day went bonkers. But what else do you expect, right? haha.

Here's the bands in time order:
The Cab
Cartel!!
FTSK
Mercy Mercedes
The Morning Light
New Found Glory
Cobra Starship
All Time Low
Fall Out Boy
I would just like to take the time to laugh at Spano for being a little douche for not buying his ticket because of the inclement weather on this day (sorry, it was MARVELOUS out).

HA HA SPANO!

Ok, enough of humiliating the party pooper. Enjoy these videos and other pictures of me and the gang...
being 21 is great...

Jackals

After all the years Floyd Hall Arena has been opened, never had they had their own in-house hockey team... I guess it's never too late to realize it. It must have been between those ice cuts and registering customers when everyone looked at the ceiling, paused, hmphed, and said, at the same time, "WHY DON'T WE MAKE A TEAM?" I'm being sarcastic, of course, but I wouldn't be surprised if i were only an inch away from that being true. Anyway, enjoy the pictures because we surely didn't enjoy the outcome of the game. =\

FHA Jackals.. we ready!

"why do you want to play cawllege hawkey?"

Overall, it was a fun game. That's what it's really all about... next to the bbq, beers, goals, winning... I could go on but why bother?

Happy Birthday, Matt!

I have known Matt since 5th grade. I remember watching him land all the flat land tricks I've been trying to do on a bike. He did it nonchalantly and only days after seeing me struggle with it. I was pissed and jealous haha. We joined band together too. Had solos for senior year in the marching band. Damn, we've known each other for way too long. Heart you bro!
We celebrated his 21st at Shannon Rose. Met his Montclair friends Terrence and Kim. Kerry came by with Sara and her friends to celebrate Kerry's 21st also. It was a crazy night.

Terrence, Matt, Kim and Nicole?

Twilight-flavored

So Jake has a female friend who happens to adore Twilight like every other girl in the world. He thought of making this huge surprise for her in a crazy (by crazy i mean gay) way. So we thought, "HEY! since jewelry is expensive, and flowers are boring, why not make a TWILIGHT-FLAVORED cake!" (funny right?)...so we did.

Being that i used to work at a bakery, i thought it would be easier to actually make it. i thought wrong. Thanks to Gencarelli's, the whole thing didn't come out half as bad. i knew working at a bakery would pay off somehow one day.

baking process
Twilight Saga...
...wrapped in foil
cutting the cake ever so gently in half
top and 1 wall... 3 more sides to go!
with the icing!!
SURPRISE!
(of course Jake ruins it with Boring-Brown colored sprinkles)
the finished product!
after 3 hours of this grueling project (or however long 40Year Old Virgin + Anchorman is) the end result looks astonishing...and TASTY if I do say so myself. We hope she enjoys the cake, err i mean surprise, as much as we enjoyed baking it.
